Start with small local companies.

Ok, first things first. If this is your first time in the business world, then you shouldn’t really expect that the biggest company in the whole world will hire you (you being without experience etc.). The best you can do is to find local job openings first and apply. Though monthly pays are low, these small local companies can serve as your stepping stones in building your future. After they have hired you, do good in your job so that you could get a promotion. This is the best time to build your work experience (for future employment, in case you quit your job to apply to a much larger company).
